Introducing your company requires the ability to clearly and concisely summarize what a company does and what sets it apart from the competition is an essential skill for any entrepreneur.

You have little time to persuade potential clients, future partners, bankers or investors to do business with you and your business. Hence the usefulness of preparing an “elevator speech” which, as the name suggests, should last only the time of an elevator ride.

Keep it simple, clear and concise
Describe your product or service in a few sudan email list compelling sentences.
Differentiate Yourself
State what sets you apart from your competition. Think of a statement that describes what only you can do – example: “Our company is the only one in this city/country/world that offers (so-and-so).”
Put yourself in your listeners shoes
Your speech should be worth their time, attention and money. Keep in mind the needs of the people you are speaking to. What are they looking for?
Adapt your speech
Adjust it depending on whether you are speaking to a banker or an investor, or even a potential client or future partner.
Be prepared to answer difficult questions
No matter how good your speech is, it won’t immediately impress everyone. Assess the weak points and identify the objections that might be raised. You’ll then have the right answers ready.
