Lubny — gathering regarding the Pension Fund's failure to enforce court decisions

Today, March 24, 2015, joint meetings of representatives of 4 public Chernobyl organizations, representatives of the city government and the local pension fund were held in Lubny, which discussed the issues of the implementation of court decisions issued in the name of Ukraine, as well as the return to Part 4 of Article 54 of the Chernobyl Law. They also discussed methods of influencing the PFU in the city. Lubny and Lubny district, who grossly violate the Laws of Ukraine, carrying out criminal orders, both of the past and the current authorities. The Secretary of the Lubny City Council Karpets I.I. reported that on March 31, 2015. in the city of phone number library Poltava the PFU Board in Poltava region will be held, in the work of which the Head of the PFU - O.B. Zarudny will take part. The Chernobyl organizations of the city delegated representatives
of their organizations to participate in the work of this Board. Another anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster is approaching - Black Day in the history of Ukraine and humanity. We appeal to all Chernobyl
residents - liquidators of Ukraine - do not be indifferent to your fate, demand the execution of court decisions made in the name of Ukraine. Contact your deputies of the Verkhovna Rada with a demand to return to the previous wording of Article 54, Part 4, which truly reflects the norms that liquidators need.
