By definition, Scrum is a project management framework used to organize, plan, and execute complex projects. Scrum facilitates project creation and completion by allowing teams and organizations to adapt as a project progresses. The Scrum framework is often used for Agile product management , but it's not limited to that.
We'll come back to the entire Scrum framework later, but here's a summary of the steps in Scrum project management:
The whole process often begins with a product roadmap rcs data qatar describing the general result(s) that one wishes to achieve,
This roadmap is broken down into a product backlog containing all the features and criteria necessary to achieve this result.
Scrum teams run one- to four-week sprints during which they tackle a portion of the product backlog and create a version of the final product,
After each sprint, teams review, refine , and adjust their solution. Then they move on to the next sprint. This cycle repeats until the final product is complete and the project is finished.
