Post by suchona.kani.z »

Smart working is a new approach to the world of work, to the collaboration between employee and company. The employee works from home not to work less, or not to be controlled, but rather becomes responsible and aware of his work, of the results he must achieve.

The employee's professional goals merge with the employer's business goals, and in this way productivity increases.

But at the same time, being able to freely manage their own time and workplace, the worker should obtain benefits in terms of work-life balance, without having to sacrifice one of the two.
