Time off, days off at the employee's expense, and unpaid vacations

You can retire 2 years and 8 months earlier. That is, a woman does not have to wait until she is 60 years old, but can retire when she is 57 years and 2 months old, and a man - at 62 years and 2 months.

What does work experience depend on
We talk a lot about northern work experience. Let's clarify what does and does not apply to it.

Counts towards work experience

Does not count towards work experience

Planned paid vacations, including parental leave for up to 1.5 years

Officially issued sick leave

Advanced training, study in secondary and higher educational malaysia address list institutions, if the employer did not pay wages during this time

Military service

Registration at the labor exchange

Periods between shifts, as well as travel time from and to the place of work

Part-time work. Except for cases when an employee combines two part-time jobs, which together make up one rate

What subtleties can you encounter when calculating?

Before 2002, work experience was calculated as follows: 1 year was counted as 1.5. After January 1, 2002, the rule was canceled, that is, 1 year became equal to 1 year. The previous calculation scheme is used only for calculating the total work experience before 2002.

If you are not sure how to find out your northern work experience (for example, you started working in Soviet times), then you can contact the SFR.
