Basic information
With Vtiger you can collect data into different modules; cases, contacts, leads, deals, etc. Select the main module you want to collect data for and the additional module to collect the required data in the related module.

Enter the return URL - the URL the visitor is redirected to when they submit the form. You can also enable captcha to prevent bots from registering.

User assignment
Vtiger supports a round robin method of assigning users to web forms. Create a list of users to be assigned to a specific web form and select them from the round robin user list.

Web form fields
Web form fields are the key section of creating a web form. In this section, you can select fields for entering contact data, make them mandatory, override current values and methods for handling duplicate data.

You can also hide the field and include a hard-coded value to override.

When processing duplicates, you can choose one of three modes:

1. Keep existing value: Keeps existing values in CRM. The submitted value is considered if there is no value in the field.
2. Use non-empty submitted value: Replaces the CRM value with the submitted value.
3. Append to existing data: Appends the submitted value to the value existing in the CRM.

Uploading documents
To provide web form users with the ability to upload documents and files from a web form, you can provide a field.
