You spend 90% of your work time on 3 tasks. Seriously. All the other activities you do can be delegated or outsourced. Why are we talking about this? Because those 3 tasks are something you really understand and if you are not burdened by small unnecessary tasks, you will be able to focus on them more efficiently. Efficiency brings profit . Try to make a list of the things you work on. And answer the question, if you had to devote the whole day to only one activity, what would it be? Then ask the second and third anyway.

For example, if you are a graphic designer, it is much more interesting for you to devote yourself to creative work, communicate with clients and write a professional blog that your customers read, than to do gcash database your own accounting, print business cards, clean the office and even program websites. It is much more profitable for you to focus on your main tasks and hire someone else for the rest.

Planning saves time
Did you know that a minute of planning saves 10 minutes of work ? Indeed, organize your priorities and energy in this way and you won't forget anything. Plan short-term and long-term activities. For example, at work you can plan a day, a week, a month, a year. Always at the beginning of the day or week, write down the most important tasks that you want to accomplish. Add an estimate of how much time you will spend on each activity. Arrange the tasks from the most urgent to the least important.

Make a habit of preparing a list of your main tasks at the beginning of each day. It can be as few as 3, or as many as 10, it's up to you. Follow this rule when planning. Set reminders with deadlines right away while you're planning . No one can remember everything, and a reminder email can save the day.
