Humor can work for you or against you. If you make a joke that no one else gets—or worse, offend your target audience—you could crush your conversion rate instead of skyrocketing it.

However, if you can incorporate tasteful and relevant humor into your pop-up, do so. It shows your brand's personality.

People love to speak their minds out loud. They love it when brands want their opinions.

Use a pop-up at the end to invite people to share feedback. This could be a survey, poll, or even an email. Let your audience know that you’re interested in hearing their thoughts and feelings.
