Step 3: Don’t start the novel with Chapter

Post by Mitu100@ »

You can't build a house in a day. Not even in a week.

The important thing is that you show up day after day and lay one stone after another.

What happens if you leave a construction site undone for months? Weather and wind will destroy everything you have achieved so far.

It's the same with your novel. The longer you leave your manuscript lying around, the harder it is to continue.

Set aside time every day to work costa rica telegram screening on your book. Be realistic. Is it just 30 minutes before work or an hour in the evening?

The more time you invest, the faster you will finish the novel.

Logical.

But the most important thing is: work every single day.

Stephen King again:

"Amateurs sit there and wait for the muse. The rest of us get up and go to work."

Call to Action:

Now look at your week and make a "date" with your book. Where can you free up an hour in your schedule? Treat this hour like any other commitment and don't let anything take it away from you. Make an appointment with your novel.
