The temporary measures for managing generative artificial intelligence systems adopted by China demonstrate two main vectors of legislative initiatives: the responsibility of developers for all generated content and the compliance of AI systems with socialist values. The first aspect allows the Chinese government, in the event of detection of any “bookmarks” in AI solutions supplied to the international market, to deny its involvement in such developments as much as possible. But the requirement for AI systems to comply with socialist values, an understanding of which only the Chinese government has, once again emphasizes the interest of government agencies in significant control of any technologies that can be used against the government.
Here we can highlight three possible vectors of AI application in the field of information security in the Russian Federation. The first is the creation of trusted means of information protection using AI technologies. This direction is the most obvious, since in recent years artificial intelligence technologies have increasingly penetrated into various tools of information security administrators. However, the key vector of development is the trusted use of AI technologies in information protection tools.
The second vector of development is the south africa mobile database of AI technology into tools that allow developing secure software. Here it is important to note the creation of intelligent tools for analyzing source codes for various vulnerabilities, backdoors, problems interacting with information security tools, etc. Without such solutions, the creation of intelligent solutions in the field of information security is not possible.
The third area is training qualified personnel. The introduction of AI technologies into educational processes for “cultivating” administrators and developers of information security tools is an important factor in creating trusted solutions in the field of information security. After all, even according to the most modest estimates, tens of thousands of AI specialists will be needed in the coming years. Thus, it is necessary to work out issues of annual training of at least 7,000 - 10,000 AI specialists in the field of information security.
