Before becoming self-employed, I worked in seven different companies over the course of 10 years.
The 1990s were wild times, especially in the telecommunications industry, which is where I worked for most of my time. Two of the companies were American companies - I won't do that a third time.
As a marketing career changer, I worked my way up to become Marketing Manager in five years.
That wasn't possible in the same company. But by cleverly changing jobs, I was able to take a new step up the career ladder each time. From today's perspective, that was my training camp for my self-employment.
I can juggle
While I was writing my master's thesis, I taught myself how to juggle with three and four balls with the help of a little book. I can still do it with three balls.
I wrote the books about the luxembourg telegram screening cities of Oberhausen, Wuppertal and Höxter on behalf of a publisher. Almost all of the photos in them are mine.
21 – Pirate films and novels are my passion.
That's why I wrote a pirate novel in 30 days during NaNoWriMo 2012. It's now in the famous drawer.
