Ignore the peculiarities of social media channels

Post by Mitu100@ »

Every social media channel, every network has its own characteristics and the users there all tick a little differently – even if they are active on several.

Hashtags are a familiar sight on Twitter, Instagram lebanon telegram screening and increasingly on Pinterest and are also understood, but they tend to cause confusion on Facebook and especially on XING .

On Facebook, the posts should "actually" be shorter (although I have had good experiences with a few very long posts) - on Instagram, where I would have expected shorter texts in the posts, they are currently getting longer and longer.

On Twitter you can "fire out" tweets in quick succession, but on Facebook that doesn't do you any good and it's not really popular on Instagram either.

LinkedIn is more formal than Facebook – but not as stiff as XING .

These are just a few simple examples of how differently the individual channels work. And even if it makes sense to think in terms of content and not channel in terms of an efficient content strategy, you should always consider how you can best present your content for each channel.
