Search engine optimization – in short: SEO
If you have decided on content marketing, you cannot avoid the topic of search engine optimization ( SEO for short ). The most important form of search engine optimization is for the Google search engine. But there are other variants, such as SEO for YouTube, Amazon or Pinterest.

Banner advertising has completely lost its importance, at least for sole proprietors - similar to ads in daily newspapers or magazines, where advertising is hardly noticed anymore, you can assume that banners are only clicked on extremely rarely or not at all (technical term: banner blindness). Banner advertising may still be worthwhile for large companies with a correspondingly large advertising budget: Even with click rates in the per mille range, there is still enough profit.
