The most important functions of ClickUp
The basic principle of ClickUp is that it always offers or enables you exactly what you want.

You want to see your tasks as a list – no problem, it’s standard anyway.

You need an overview as a Kanban board like in Trello… one of the easiest exercises for ClickUp.

Do you need a calendar germany telegram screening view, a timeline or a table like in Excel? You can easily set it up in ClickUp.

Are your tasks location-based? Then select the map view.

Do you lead a team and want to know who has which tasks on their plate? Exactly! You can do that.

You are a fan of Gantt charts that can visualize dependencies for you – you already suspect it: It has everything in it!

You can also choose workloads, mind maps and activities as views.

Tasks – task management
The heart of ClickUp is task management. You can organize tasks in spaces (work areas), which in turn can be organized into folders and within these into lists. Tasks can of course be scheduled and they can contain subtasks. Tasks can be organized and structured with descriptions, checklists and tags. You can further structure and categorize tasks using user-defined fields. You can assign priorities to tasks (from no priority to low, normal, high to urgent).

By default, tasks only have the states "To do", "In progress" and "Done" at the beginning, but you can create any states (called statuses) you want and, for example, map "production lines", as I recently described in my post about my Trello experiences .
