These changes primarily affect the counting of contacts, the package prices and, in some cases, the scope of the packages. We are also introducing a package specifically for freelancers. But don't worry, contrary to the trend, things are getting better for our existing customers without exception. But now for the details:
The changes affect all new customers who register after March 1, 2014. Existing customers will remain in their package and will not be affected by the cameroon telegram screening price increase. However, they will benefit from our new contact counting system - as a thank you for your loyalty.
New count of contacts
Up until now, we have counted both people and companies as one contact. The reason for this was the very different usage of our customers. While some customers only manage end customers and therefore no companies in their CRM system , other customers work more with companies. That is why we decided three years ago at CentralStationCRM to increase the absolute number of contacts and simply count both. This logic works, but we regularly had to explain to new customers why, after importing an Excel file with 100 lines, they had 200 contacts in the worst case scenario (one person in each company). To prevent this confusion, we are changing the count so that you now have one company "free" for each person created.
