Any of the tokens that ONLY have the keyword as their name is a yellow flag

Any of the tiles that have a (-) modifier is a yellow flag

If you don't have a website it's a yellow flag

In a Google spreadsheet, add the business name, address, phone number, website, and link to the Google My Business listings for each of the yellow flags found.

Repeat this process for each main keyword (topic) that both you and your clients cover. To get a good gauge, run a few searches on Maps as if you were a customer looking for a particular service, including the name of the city.

Tip: (A "no" answer to any checklist will require documentation)

From the list, click on the photos and then go to Street View and 360º view.

Is this a personal residence?

In a new tab, do a search for the exact address/is this the only one listed at that address?

Visit the website. Is the logo/brand the same as the business name?
