In the fourth episode of the sales kitchen the time has finally come and we welcome our first guest: Felix Rohde. The young man from Oldenburg studied business administration and architecture and his passion is sustainable construction. As co-founder of Data Real Estate, the company behind Homevoice , he has turned his calling into a career in a way. At Homevoice he is actually responsible for communications, but in a small team this also includes sales. Here he benefits not least from the sales experience he gained organizing festivals. With Homevoice, Felix and his colleagues have set themselves the goal of making renting and leasing living space as easy as possible and improving communication between tenants and landlords.
