Let's define the concepts. To organize the management of a company (which includes personnel policy, financial flow, production and sales), a stable set of ideas, principles and approaches is required - this is called a management model.
In various countries of the world, there are their own characteristic features in this issue. One could say, historically formed models based on national features, which, in turn, grew out pharmacy database of the cultural, socio-political and even natural-geographical features of a particular people.

The Japanese management model is the result of a synthesis of two trends:
Reworked advanced foreign experience.
National foundations related to governance.
The starting point in this process was World War II, in which Japan, as we know, found itself in the losing camp. Inevitable companions were devastation, poverty, foreign occupation and the ban on having national armed forces. The Japanese were forced to look for a way out of the current situation, which they saw in the accelerated industrial production of consumer goods. To do this, the inhabitants of the Japanese islands began to carefully analyze and adopt the American business management system.
At the same time, it turned out to be impossible to reject the influence of the cultural traditions of their own civilization, which had developed over the centuries-long history of the country. The resulting Japanese management model was greatly influenced by two features:
a method of management characteristic of agricultural communities, which was characterized by equal remuneration for labor;
Traits of the national mentality are hard work, modesty, thrift, a desire for originality and a willingness to embrace innovation.

Four people are considered to be the founders of the Japanese business management system:
this is Matsushita Konosuke (the creator of the Matsushita Electric company, whose products are known to us under the Panasonic brand);
Honda Soichiro (the man who became the head of Honda Motor Corporation);
Akio Morita and Ibuka Masaru (heads of the Sony concern).
The Japanese model of enterprise management, all those management features that are now known throughout the world, are based on the following traditional character traits: collectivism, discipline, dedication to the cause, respect for elders, the dominance of the collective over the personal, and labor pride.
Philosophy of the Japanese Management Model
The philosophical foundations of the management model stem from the postulate "we are all one family". This helps to eliminate the gap between managers and workers, ensuring the formation of friendly ("family") relations between them. As confirmation, we can cite the data from a survey of employees of the SONY company, where from 75 to 85% of respondents recognized themselves as members of a "team" whose final result depends on the actions of each and benefits everyone.
The feeling of loyalty to the company is so important for the Japanese that they often admit that it is easier to change your worldview, change your last name or divorce your spouse than to betray your organization. This attitude has an interesting result - a company team in which people work together for a long time and fruitfully involuntarily produces a state of self-motivation. This allows the company's management not to engage in petty control of its employees. Due to the fact that each employee actively seeks all possible ways and means to benefit the organization, they are satisfied with small management actions of a recommendatory nature.
