The IAB Spain board of directors has created a specialized working group for the development of this new solution, which is under the name of Innotech . This group is made up of the following experts in the digital advertising and marketing sector:

Xavi Garrido , Audience & Programmatic Director of Prisa Brand Solutions.
Agustin Pérez, CEO & Founder of Sibbo Ventures.
Mikel Lekaroz , CEO Adbibo/Next14 and Board Member of IAB Spain.
At the moment, this solution is still in the development colombia business email database process, basing its technology on the TCF, or IAB EU's transparency and consent framework. In addition, the Innotech team is in talks with other associations in the sector. According to Lekaroz's statement to the Exchange Wire portal, these collaborations will allow the product to be brought to market in less time.
“At this time, the IAB Spain Board of Directors has approved its development and we are currently in discussions with other associations in the sector to confirm their participation in the project. To speed up the project, the most logical thing is to form a public limited company as soon as possible, by the largest number of associations in the sector. We are still discussing the governance model, which will probably include specific advice on legal, technical and business issues.”
