User Experience and Real Estate: How to Make Your Home Search Easier

Post by himuhumaira »

Easily findable sections, essential information always at hand and a design that is extremely pleasant to look at: these are just some of the fundamental conditions to guarantee an excellent user experience. Here are the characteristics that your real estate website must have to help the user find the home of their dreams.
Imagine entering a house you've never seen before. After taking the first few steps you realize that the kitchen, bedroom and living room are arranged in an unnatural way, and to get to the bedroom you have to go through the antarctica email list bathroom, following an unnecessarily long and uncomfortable path. And that's not all: the walls are a truly unsightly color. How would you feel? Confused, uncomfortable and frustrated. Would you set foot in there again? No, without a doubt, on the contrary: you would want to leave that house as soon as possible.

This is exactly what happens to a user who accesses a site that is not built in an intuitive and ineffective way : in other words, a site that offers a poor user experience , that prevents smooth navigation and that pushes the visitor to move away and never return.

But what exactly is user experience (also called UX)? To better understand what UX is, it is appropriate to start from the concept of usability.

In general, usability is “ the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction with which users achieve certain goals in certain contexts ”, that is, the level of ease with which one interacts with a tool and the consequent level of satisfaction on the part of the user. In the digital field, usability is the discipline related to the construction and design of Internet sites that are navigable in an easy, natural and intuitive way.
