HubSpot
Small businesses that don't want to pay for two separate subscriptions, but need a basic database to manage customer sales activities, may find HubSpot CRM an interesting option.

That said, a free CRM does not offer the features, customization, and configuration options that we can find in a paid platform.

Luckily, HubSpot also offers native integration with Salesforce , PipeDrive , Zoho , SugarCRM , Infusionsoft , Insightly , and Nimble , and various other industry-famous platforms.

The Salesforce to HubSpot Connector lets you maintain your marketing and sales anguilla email list databases and share marketing interactions (emails, clicks, form submissions) with your sales team. The connector is easy to set up and sync in both directions.

Pardot
As we mentioned in the previous post , Pardot is owned by Salesforce, and obviously has many more advantages when it comes to Salesforce CRM integration.

Salesforce.com users have complete visibility into the activity of their prospects (leads) and current customers and can receive real-time alerts when a lead is ready for follow-up. They can also send emails with pre-built templates without leaving the CRM.

Pardot users can use reports to follow the customer lifecycle and monitor campaigns and any other metrics associated with the contact. Another benefit? You can log in to Salesforce and Pardot with the same account, in a single session.

In short, Pardot offers some of the best Salesforce integrations in the industry, but HubSpot offers connectors for a wider range of CRMs and has its own free CRM.
