When we define the “Buyer Personas” that represent the desired client, it is the result of searches, collection and analysis of client and prospect data. But we can also use the same technique to recognize “Negative Buyer Personas” with the purpose of dissuading them from continuing in the sales process or applying a lower Lead Scoring to these leads.
Negative Buyer Personas: 10 types of problematic customers
1. Dishonest

Similar to the previous one, but more knowledgeable about the product they are looking for. They try to force modifications to the product or service; their justification: the price paid must include it.
4. Deal seekers
They negotiate sales prices, request discounts and permanent reductions in amounts payable, and rather than evaluating the cost-benefit ratio, their interest is focused on price.
