Deciding to quit my phone number was one of the most eye-opening choices I’ve made in my journey toward simplifying my digital life. At first, I was anxious—how would I stay connected? Would I miss important calls or messages? But as the days turned into weeks, I began to see the profound impact that disconnecting from a traditional phone number had on my mental clarity and overall wellbeing.
