In this post I would like to talk about the work of small and medium-sized businesses in Germany and try to identify what makes their business so effective.

In September 2015, tour “Handmade-in-Germany”. The trip was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the non-profit initiative Handmade-in-Germany.

Hand-made-in-Germany is a non-profit organization (they call themselves an initiative) that supports German enterprises using manual, often even craft production. The support consists of holding slovenia cell phone number list various events, exhibitions, assistance in promotion and advertising.

The initiative includes companies of various sizes and industries. Such companies produce both traditional products (e.g. soap makers Klar Seifen ) and companies producing high-tech, innovative products (the camera and optical equipment makers Leica ).

The initiative was created in 2010 and included 8 companies. By 2015, the number of participants had tripled.

Following my trip, I would like to tell you what, in my opinion, distinguishes such small companies there and here in Kazakhstan, and why, as it seems to me, small business there is the foundation of the economy, while here it is, at best, one of the legs of the stool on which the economy rests.
