Podcasters are trusting other podcasters a little more

Post by nishat@264 »

It’s important to be concise. Sending a wall of text about what you and your business do will overwhelm them.

End the email with a simple call to action: here we’re asking if this is the right person to talk to. This allows them to quickly forward the email to the person handling the guest booking, in case they’re not the right person.

Email 2
If the person hasn't responded to your first henan cell phone number list email, think about how you can approach them differently. For example, ask them again if they can put you in touch with the right person or if there's a form they need to fill out.

The podcast host is then faced with a simple choice: they can either forward your email or send you a quick link to the form.

Email 3
The third email is a chance to share a little more about yourself to establish your credibility. For example, send them a link to your personal podcast or LinkedIn profile.

This way, they can do a little more research on their own if they want, but they're also not bombarded with a wall of text in their inbox.

Email 4
Email 4 is the breakup email. Let him know that he seems too busy or uninterested and that you will not contact him again.
