A web form through which the consumer can submit his or her opt-out request
Instructions for any other method by which the consumer may submit his or her opt-out request
A link to your Privacy Policy
Any evidence that is required when a consumer wants to designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on his or her behalf

Create a Privacy Notice
The CCPA requires you to provide California consumers with a Privacy Notice when collecting personal information.
Note that the CCPA does not require consumer consent for the collection of personal information, which is a significant departure from the requirements we saw in the GDPR.
A Privacy Notice is like a mini-Privacy Policy: it provides a bahamas phone number data quick, condensed explanation of what personal information is collected, what it will be used for, and other disclosures.
The notice must be designed and presented to the consumer in a manner that is easy to read and must be understandable to the average person. The notice must:
Use simple, direct language and avoid technical or legal jargon.
Use a format that grabs consumers' attention and makes the ad readable, even on smaller screens
Be available in the languages in which you provide contracts, waivers, sales announcements or other information to consumers
Be accessible to consumers with disabilities
Your Privacy Notice must include the following information:
A list of the categories of personal information you collect from consumers. Each category you list should give the consumer a meaningful understanding of the personal information collected.
For each category of information, the business or commercial purpose for which it will be used
If you sell personal information, a link titled “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” or “Do Not Sell My Information.” This link must lead to a web page where consumers can exercise their right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
