How do you evaluate RelGov's performance with the Public Authorities at federal and regional levels?

This monitoring will define how and when the strategies, developed in a personalized manner for each client, will be initiated. Many variables are important for defining the action strategy and, after the pandemic, subnational entities gained even more importance and political strength, demonstrating that relationships with stakeholders must be planned, with continuous communication and not just in times of crisis.

The lack of information and transparency in some states and municipalities makes it difficult to understand and monitor the political scenario and, consequently, to perceive regulatory risks and opportunities. And, surprisingly, this situation does not only occur in smaller municipalities; we find it occurring in states and capitals as well.


Currently, each legislative house, whether state or municipal, has its own website/system for processing legislative matters; even the localities that use the Legislative Process Support System (SAPL), developed by the Federal Senate, do so in a disjointed manner, which is why obtaining information continues to be our biggest obstacle.


The pandemic has brought many changes to this scenario, with deliberative sessions, committee meetings and public hearings taking place remotely. We have had cases, such as in the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro, where very important discussions took place in WhatsApp groups.


There is also the situation of localities that used the adversity to implement technological advances on the website, starting to broadcast their meetings regularly, updating their agendas frequently and making available documents related to the processing of legislative matters; others, which did not have as many resources, started to use the house's social networks, such as Facebook and Instagram, to record their legislative activities.
