Law No. 247-FZ of August 8, 2024 proposes changes to the Code of Administrative Offenses and allows the transfer of confiscated property that has become the instrument of committing or the subject of an administrative offense to the ownership of regions. The law comes into force on February 5.

The list of property that can be transferred includes household chemicals, food and agricultural products, telephones, computer and household appliances, medicines and furniture. The list was approved by government order No. 2503-r dated 12.09.2024.

The region will be able to use the property for its intended purpose and provide humanitarian aid to the population.

In February, Federal Law No. 322-FZ of 08.08.2024 will bahrain mobile database come into force. According to it, a mentoring institute will be created in Russia in the field of prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency.

Both mentors and charitable and volunteer organizations will be able to participate in working with difficult teenagers. They will be included in the relevant registers, which will be formed by the Russian Ministry of Education. To get into these lists, mentors will have to undergo special training. The commission on minors and the protection of their rights will appoint a mentor with the consent of the minor and his parents or guardian.

Foreign agents will not be able to participate in this work.

Perpetuating the memory of fallen soldiers in the lists of schools


On February 8, Federal Law No. 386-FZ of November 9, 2024 comes into force. According to it, the list of military educational institutions that perpetuate the memory of soldiers who died defending the Fatherland includes cadet, Suvorov and Nakhimov schools, as well as cadet corps and schools. The names of the fallen defenders of our country will be forever included in the honorary lists of those who studied at these institutions.

In addition, the Russian Emergencies Ministry will keep records of deceased employees and participate in establishing information about missing persons and will determine the procedure for publishing books of memory within the ministry’s system.
