Step 2 : Type the command below and press Return.
sudo sntp -sS time.apple
Note : You may be asked to enter a password.
That's it. Once it's done, reboot your Mac. Once it comes back, your date and time should be updated. If this fix doesn't solve the problem that persists, the next method will help.
4. Turn on location services
Location services are the easiest and most effective way to automatically set the date and time, especially the time zone. Follow these steps.
Step 1 : Click the Apple menu and select System Preferences from the drop-down menu.
Click on the Apple menu.
Step 2: Go to the General section and select the Date & Time option.

Step 3: Turn on the "Set time zone automatically based bahamas telegram data on your current location" option.
If your Mac displays the message "Turn on location services to determine your current location," continue with the following steps.
Step 4: Go to the Privacy & Security section in the sidebar.
Turn on "Set time zone automatically using your current location."
Step 5 : Select Location Services.
