3. ATS coupling
The CMS of your careers website must be directly linked to an ATS ( Applicant Tracking System ). Vacancies are usually sent from the ATS to the careers site. Applicants are usually sent from the careers site to the ATS, so that a job seeker or a vacancy is only registered in one place.

4. Vertical and multi-poster coupling
If your vacancy is online, you want to create reach. With an XML link, you can have all vacancies on your werken-bij site indexed daily by the large vertical search engines (vacancy search engines) such as Indeed, Jobrapido, Trovit and Mitula. It is in fact a code bridge that sends your vacancies to these parties daily. Job seekers come directly to the vacancy detail page of your own werken-bij site via these vacancy search engines.

With a multiposter you can directly post a vacancy (from your CMS) to one or more job boards. You are basically shooting the vacancy directly to multiple job board locations, without having to manually enter the vacancy multiple times in different places.

Job seekers should be able to navigate through the career site without a doubt. The facets on your website (filter options) should match the number of vacancies. At the very least, offer filters for education level, job category and number of hours. If you only have ten vacancies online, do not let job seekers filter further on, among other things:

Industry
Specific training
Salary
Location
Career level
Type of employment
Languages
6. Show the number of results per heavy construction industry email list function group
Suppose you see this on the website:

Administrative (4)
Logistics (2)
Commercial (0)
If you don't send the numbers of 'expected' results, you run the risk of people hitting result '0'. Suppose a job seeker clicks on the category sales, he gets 0 as a result and the job seeker is gone (never to come back).

Practical considerations may be to not offer the options that have result 0 on the werken-bij site. Another good alternative is to offer a direct registration for a job alert , at the moment that a job seeker does not immediately find what he is looking for.
