The second thing I do, so I do it a little later, you can do it anytime, but I choose one thing, one moment, one situation, and I try to make sure that this positive thing, of course, for which I feel gratitude, is easy to imagine and is easy to imagine with the emotions that go with it. I don't put something super general and vague like I'm happy to have electricity, but I close my eyes and I imagine a happy moment with the family, where there were all five of us. For example, I was with Emma and Tom, my two oldest children, and Céline, my wife, and we were watching the youngest, Raphael, who is a little over a year old, laughing and doing silly things.
So I really imagine a concrete situation that brings me joy and that can bring me positive emotions. Rather than something general, it's a very concrete thing, a real story that is connected and filled with emotions.
And the third thing I do, it also takes a minute, each of these activities takes barely a minute, is to make my movie of the day to come by focusing on things that will be good, that will be positive. I breathe, I either stand in front of the mirror, or I do it like that, without looking at particular things, and I imagine myself at breakfast with my family, I imagine myself taking my walk, I love walking, taking my little walk, I imagine myself with my book in the evening. I already take or anticipate situations that will bring me happiness, that will bring me pleasure, and for which I feel gratitude. I anticipate that at the beginning of my day.
So, it's quick, it's simple, it takes a minute per activity and sometimes even less, but if you repeat it, the key is to do it every day without exception, without it being mechanical, find the balance, do it every day without it being a mechanical thing that doesn't bring you anything. And as far as I'm concerned, it brings positive results.
I do other exercises sometimes. For example, writing positive things in my journal at times, just if I feel like it, it's not something I'm going to force. But I'm constantly trying to reinforce anything that might push me to feel gratitude.
And in the end, all these exercises, all these things, have one ultimate goal, which is to make me see the bright side of life, to make me take the positive in each event. As soon as I have a problem, I tend to look for the opportunity behind it, to look for the positive. We know that every negative thing that happens to us reinforces a positive event or a positive element of the same intensity. If you have a big problem, you also have a big opportunity, a big positive event that you haven't discovered yet.
every day allows you to think positively greece whatsapp number data every day, all the time. The key is, as I said, to implement these exercises, to do a conscious exercise that will allow you to see things positively at all times and to make gratitude a default behavior, a completely unconscious behavior as a result.
You can try these little exercises or try others. They will really allow you to anchor yourself, to have a positive behavior and it will represent the anchor of a boat that prevents it from capsizing during a storm.
