New research confirms that cybercriminals are hacking ERP applications and targeting high-value enterprise assets, writes Warwick Ashford on ComputerWeekly .

Research by digital risk management firm Digital malta whatsapp data and cybersecurity and compliance firm Onapsis shows that attacks are targeting business-critical applications at the world's largest organisations.

The study shows a sharp increase in cyber-attacks on widely used ERP applications such as those from SAP and Oracle, which now have 9,000 known vulnerabilities.
