In the last three years, we have made a huge amount of improvements to the academy. So today we're going to talk, as happens regularly, about anxiety. Anxiety is a negative emotion, negative in the sense that it doesn't bring you happiness. It's an emotion that is useful because it warns you that there is a problem that could arise, so anxiety in itself is not bad. But anxiety is a bit like fear of the future, fear of the future. We are afraid, we are anxious, we are afraid that something bad will happen to us later and that our future will ultimately be negative.
