Check if you are on twitter
Phishing is when someone tries to trick you into giving out your X username, email address or phone number and password, usually to send spam from your account. Usually, they trick you with a link that takes you to a fake login page. Whenever you're prompted to enter your X password, take a quick look at the URL in your browser's address bar to make sure you're on twitter. Also, if you receive a direct message with a strange URL even from a friend, we recommend that you don't open it.

Phishing sites often resemble X's login page, but are not actually X's website. X domains always use s:twitter as the base domain. Here are some examples of X login pages:

s:twitter
s:twitterlogin
If you're unsure about the login page, go directly to twitter albania telegram data and enter your credentials there. If you think you may have been phished, change your password as soon as possible and visit our Compromised Accounts article for more information on what to do.

Read about fake X emails to learn more about how phishing via email works.

We will not contact you to ask for your password.
X will never ask for your password via email, private message or reply.

We will never ask you to download anything or go to a non-X website. Never open or install attachments or software in an email claiming to be from us; it's impossible.
