8 am to 5 pm was yesterday
Another thing that is noticeable in the graph is that flexibility in working hours is ranked sixth in terms of job satisfaction, at 26%. The 8 to 5 working model that unfortunately still prevails in many companies is outdated and employees want flexible working hours. This is something that HR departments and managers can easily implement to make their employees happier. Core working hours can be introduced during which everyone has to be available. In addition to core hours, everyone can then finish their work when they are most productive.
We investigated whether friendships at work are less important for employees who work in a hybrid turkey telegram data environment than for employees who always go to the office or worksite. We didn't see much of a difference here. For 68% of employees in an office, store, or other central work location, friendships at work are somewhat (49%) or very important (19%).
For employees who say they work part-time in an office, store or other central work location and part-time remotely or from home, the numbers are similar: 71% of hybrid employees find work friendships important, of which 50% find them somewhat important and 21% find them very important. The importance of friendships is even 3 percentage points higher here.
