Keep the Dutch – and Belgian – lion high: register for 2018!
This year, no Dutch organizations won any prizes. That is a break in trend, because last year Anthony Veder Group was even a platinum winner and Philips intranet a silver winner . And the Netherlands was also well represented on the prize podium in the years before that. Besides, it is high time that a Belgian organization wins too.

I therefore call on every intranet or DWO team in the Netherlands and Belgium to register for next year's Awards. Show the world what we can do! It is a fun way to put your team in the spotlight and the nice side effect is that you learn how to sell the value of your DWO or intranet to the jury and therefore also to your own management.

Intranet essentials: for basic elements of any new or revised intranet, such as a search engine and a 'face book'.
Social, collaboration and communication: for innovations in the field of social networking, collaboration or internal communication.
Business, mobile and frontline solutions: for initiatives that successfully addressed a specific organizational problem, realized a mobile solution or explicitly focused on the needs of front office departments.
Digital workplace: initiatives that take a holistic approach to realising a different way of working or to realise part of a larger digital ecosystem.
The deadline to enter for the next award is usually in May. However, you can already pre-register for the 2018 Awards .

It is every entrepreneur's nightmare: what if my greece phone number example target group no longer needs me? Even the big names are sometimes surprised by a reduced demand for their products or services. Think of Blokker, V&D or the Free Record Shop. It is therefore of fundamental importance to structurally examine your value proposition and to sharpen or renew it where necessary.

How do you do that in practice: sharpen your value proposition? Paul Moers explains it in his book ' The law of paracetamol ' (aff.).

For many organizations, truly applying the scrum framework still seems difficult. But what if you do follow the methodologies exactly? To what extent is that sufficient? Or is there more to scrum and is it about the agile values? Cases from Achmea, HAN and referee Bjorn Kuipers provide the answer.

The 5 agile values
Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber made an adjustment in their Scrum Guide last year . They added the following five agile values.
