AI recognize texts - these 12 tools help 4

Post by ritu2000 »

In a way, this was to be expected, but still super exciting. OpenAI now offers its own tool to recognize AI texts and is tackling problems in the education sector in particular. There is even a separate information page for this.

OpenAI's new "tool" now helps to classify texts based on their AI origin and shows which texts were written by AI or by humans. However, the tool is not yet reliable. In a test scenario with English texts, only 26% of the AI texts were recognized and 9% were incorrectly recognized. So there is still a lot of room for improvement here.

In my first tests, all of the AI texts were recognized by portugal number dataset me and even texts in which various things were changed still had a fraction of AI recognition. But even texts that were written completely by myself supposedly had AI content. In addition, the recognition rate for non-English texts is still (according to their own statements) very poor.

GPTRadar is the newest tool in the series and has only been on the market for a few days (as of January 15, 2023). And here, too, the interface for recognizing AI texts is very simple. Insert text and the result will be displayed within a few seconds.

The first 5 tests are free. After that, you pay 2 cents per credit and can check about 125 words with one credit. So for 500 words you pay just 8 cents.

And here I was actually very surprised . Both texts I provided (German and English) were successfully recognized as AI texts . For comparison, I tested my own texts and these were successfully recognized as human texts. So far, this is the most reliable tool on the market for my results.

Fortunately, this tool also works without registration and currently also free of charge. Simply enter at least 200 characters in the text area and click on "Analyze". In a few seconds you will receive an evaluation on a scale of 0-100 as to whether the text was written by an AI or not.

Currently, the tool only works in English, but French will be added soon.

Here, too, I had both texts tested by the tool to see if the AI texts were recognized.

According to the tool, the English text was 100% written by an AI. The tool has therefore passed the test here. Even individual word changes do not seem to confuse the tool and the result usually remains at 90%+.
