Help, I can no longer access the members area

Post by Mitu100@ »

For regular freestyle tasks that occur over a longer period of time, such as member interviews, I create checklists and record the work steps in documentation that I can then use again each time.

For many years (from 2014 to spring 2021) I organized my to-dos with Todoist [advertising link]. I'm still a fan - but as the saying goes, better is the enemy of good and so I switched to ClickUp [advertising link]. Here I have everything - including longer germany telegram screening notes - in one place. The same goes for the marketing magic circle.

Expect the unexpected
As a rule, everything in the marketing magic circle runs smoothly and according to my plan. But I have learned to expect the unexpected.

Just like with a reliable car, every now and then something goes wrong. So far, in the five years I've had two cases that have really shaken up my schedule.

My approach in this case is: Apart from 1:1 consultations, problem solving is prioritized. The circle always has priority!

This cry for help does occur from time to time, of course, and it is usually caused by an incorrectly entered password and can be easily fixed. But twice in the past the case was a bit trickier.

The first time, the cause was the server move from provider A to provider B - what was particularly tricky was that some members continued to have normal access and others (the older ones who had been there for a while) did not. At that time, I even manually created new customers in the middle of my holiday in Scotland - luckily, only around twenty were affected. I have never been so happy to have a stable WiFi connection as I was on this holiday!
