Create a new property – 3 steps to a GA4 property

Optional: under Fields to be defined, create parameters, “ anonymizeIP is NO longer necessary, GA4 now anonymizes IP addresses automatically
Optional: configure special properties (max. 25 per GA4 property), Note: Some user properties are automatically recorded by Analytics
Optional: Under Advanced Settings, set a priority for tag triggering or enable the Tag Order option to trigger the configuration tag before other event tags that depend on it
Select trigger e.g. “All pages” (please note that you take user consent into account via CMP)
Save tag configuration and publish container

To create a completely new GA4 property that is not connected to an existing UA property, you can:
In the property level at the top, click on “+ Create property” . A new GA4 property (no longer a UA property) is automatically created here . A UA property can only be created under “Show advanced options” (very hidden) .
Enter a name for the property, select belize mobile numbers list the time zone and currency for reporting.
Click Next and select the industry category and company size
Click Create and accept the Analytics Terms of Use and Data Processing Addendum.
After a GA4 property has been created, it can also be subsequently linked to an existing UA property using the “GA4 Property Setup Wizard” (at UA property level).
Under “I want to connect to an existing Google Analytics 4 property” the desired property must be selected
Then click on "Connect properties". This will create a connection between the UA and GA4 properties in Analytics.
You will then be redirected to the setup wizard in your new Google Analytics 4 property. Here you will find the available options for migrating configuration settings and tagging.
