Strengthened into the second round and one or two heated discussions
coffee break
After so much exciting input and stimulating discussions, a short coffee break was just the thing. The time was used to ask the speakers more questions or simply to enjoy the beautiful view and the sun on the roof terrace.
The second round started with our board member Martin Aschoff and his presentation "10 myths in email marketing - the end of the fairy tale hour", in which he cleared up the common half-truths in email marketing. The presentation by Claudia Bayerl from the Textakademie was particularly captivating. In her presentation "Inspire with words - how to convince people with your mailings at first glance", she showed what really matters when creating texts. Rabbit managing director Nikolaus von Graeve had already actively participated in the discussions beforehand before he himself captivated the audience with his presentation "The times they are changing - change begins in the mind and not through tools". The focus here was in particular on the constant and ever-accelerating change in marketing and how best to deal with it. Dr. Torsten Schwarz, a veteran of online marketing, then gave his presentation "From the cradle to the grave - the joys and sufferings of email recipients". In this, he once again summarized the importance of the email marketing market and showed in a practical way what needs to be taken into account in order not to annoy one's own recipients.
In addition to our announced speakers, there was also a short bonus presentation by Dr. Johannes Wissman from Print-Mailing Automation, a division of Deutsche Post. This was about linking online and offline campaigns and the new possibilities for customization and automation that this channel now covers. Incidentally, we at AGNITAS will also be offering this service from the end of the year. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us.
