Integration of website and CRM system: a practical example

Post by Mitu100@ »

Our customer Kiebitzberg® initially used our web form to transfer interested parties from their own website to their own CRM system without any manual effort . This saved the team a lot of work by copying names and addresses from emails back and forth into the software. However, since different colleagues at Kiebitzberg® are responsible for looking after the individual product lines, the team chile telegram screening then had to coordinate within the CRM who would then process the interested party.

In order not to notify all colleagues, new interested parties were initially sent to a colleague, who then took over the distribution. But what if the colleague is sick or on vacation? Then someone else had to step in and take over the coordination. The Kiebitzberg® team also wanted deeper integration and even more automation than just creating the contact.

We would like to present here what exactly happens to the data that interested parties provide on the website and perhaps give one or two people some suggestions to make their work easier.

Automated transfer of customer data
Kiebitzberg® presents the various products on the pages - each product has its own page with information, illustrations and sometimes price information. The range extends from boats to various commercial goods and even the kitchen studio.
