Cold and warm company presentations

Warm presentation
The warm client base includes those who already have experience of cooperation with the company or are familiar with its offer. The task of the presentation in this case is to push the person to conclude a deal. It is important that the slides are emotionally charged - this will reduce the time for decision-making.

It is impossible to talk about the existence pharmaceutical email lists of a standard form of such a presentation, since its structure is determined by the company’s specialization and experience of interaction with the client.

The most common presentation elements for warm client bases are:

Personal focus. It is important that the marketing kit is written for a specific client on behalf of the manager/personal consultant.

Advantages and Benefits: This describes the important characteristics of the product from the perspective of personal benefit to the customer.

Comparison with similar products from other companies. The client should receive compelling arguments as to why they should contact you.

Technical information. This slide should demonstrate the product's characteristics. These can be graphs, drawings, layouts, tables, etc.

Bonuses. You need to present an emotional description of the benefits of cooperation with your company and give an additional bonus to potential clients.

Prices. You can use the company's standard price list on this presentation slide or create an individual offer with special prices.

Call to action. To stimulate a purchase, it is worth using such a tool as a call to action. In some cases, a personal price calculation will be required.

How a company business presentation differs from a presentation for speeches
There are 3 main differences between a presentation for a speech and a company's marketing kit:

A company's business presentation can be sent by email or handed to the client in person. It includes all the important information, so the marketing kit does not need any explanations when reading. For a public presentation, auxiliary technical means (a projector) are used, and the speaker must also comment on it.

A presentation intended for speeches is distinguished by short texts. Here you need to use visual representations in the form of diagrams, pictures, charts, etc. In a business presentation, there are more text blocks, but you should not fill all the slides with them.

To create a marketing kit, special software products are used (company presentation in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.). As a rule, the finished version is saved in PDF. Such a document can be easily opened on any device without distortion.

Steve Jobs can be proud of his exemplary presentations of new products. He is truly the best in this matter. People queue for several days for the new products presented by the “apple” brand. Such examples are hard to find in other cult brands.

Key points to consider when working on a company presentation:

Number of slides. For example, Guy Kawasaki has the 10/20/30 rule: 10 slides, 20 minutes of presentation, vertical font size of 30. For business presentations, you can reduce the font size and use more slides.

Interactive navigation markup. It is necessary to provide the ability to move to different sections of the presentation with one click. Such navigation will be useful for a marketing kit consisting of more than 30 slides.

Color palette. Too many shades distract from the material. One slide can contain no more than 3 colors, and in general, 4 to 5 shades that match each other will be enough to design a company presentation.
