Therefore, we very carefully evaluate authors before hiring them, intensively test them on real internal projects at the start, and train those who remain in practice, using books, online and offline training programs.
"We have never calculated how much it costs to train copywriters in monetary terms, but we can roughly calculate the time spent. In the first month or two of work, it takes from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours per task to list a beginner's mistakes - usa rcs data with screenshots, comments like "bad - why is it bad - how to do it well", answers to questions. Everything is very conditional: we have made the most detailed instructions, many people immediately write as they should, but it is impossible to predict absolutely all the mistakes. We catch up on the rest after the first 2–3–5 tasks, everyone has their own pace of learning."
Since the topic of author training is extremely important to us, we decided to find out how our colleagues, digital experts, are doing. We share what we learned in practice and during the survey.
