How to create an educational questionnaire?
Step 1: Navigate OnlineExamMaker
In this step, go to the left side of the dashboard and click on “Exams”. After that, click on ‘Reward Test’ and click on ‘+ New Reward Test’ to get started.

Step 2: Edit the questionnaire information


The next step is to write the basic information for the quiz. Choose a fun title! After that, you can choose the advance mode. Now click on the ‘Advanced Settings’ button to open more options. You can even add a short explanation or an encouraging note! Click “Save & Next” to continue.

Step 3: Add Questions


After that, it’s time to code the quiz questions. Scroll to the left side of the screen to click on the “Question Bank” button. After that, click on “Question List”. Click on ‘+ Add Questions’ to start building your query. Now, type your question in the question stem. And once done, code the possible answers. Set the correct answer and click on the ‘Save’ button to save the question! You can use pre-made questions with the question bank or add them manually.

Step 4: Set Rewards
The next step is to add up the points for correct answers. Click 'Add Reward' and set up the incentives and feedback. Click 'Save' to set the number of questions with the corresponding points. Click 'Save'.

Step 5: Adjust the questionnaire settings


In this step, you’ll set up the rules and timing of your quiz. You can set your terms and guidelines. And you can adjust the number of quiz attempts. The quiz login options have two options: all students can advance or only a select few can. You can also customize the quiz with your own theme and header! Once you’ve modified the settings to your liking, click “Save” to compose.
