Why It Could Be Wrong?

Post by sohanuzzaman54 »

This assumption is very risky — whether it is a new type of service or a service that will compete with existing competitors in the market. If you are creating a new digital product, you still have to get to know the market because people need to understand what kind of service you are offering. Also when you are introducing a service option in a market that is already crowded with competitors, you need to convince users to switch to your product. Wrong assumptions and business strategies are very risky to bring you failure.

At the same time, user needs vary. Users may be one of those people who have 20+ apps on their phone but most of them don’t use, or someone who doesn’t download anything at all, or someone who has one perfect app for every need.

However, the same common thread can be drawn for list of austria cell phone numbers all business models: if they don’t consider your digital product as a solution to their needs, they certainly won’t be willing to spend money on it. However, if your product provides them with the best solution, they will consider using it, and even be willing to pay for it every month.

The bottom line is, if your digital product offers something interesting - something unique. And works faster. And is cheaper. Plus all of the above. In other words, if the app is truly different and amazing, they will pay to use it.

Maybe technology and design are not your forte. However, since you “get what you pay for,” choosing the technology system you want to use should not be arbitrary and ‘just for the sake of cheap’ (read Why “Low-Cost Software Development” Is Not a Good Idea?).

The decision will be closely related to the business model and strategy you use. Your considerations should be based on who the digital product is made for, because that will affect the choice of features you can develop. Thus, every step you take will definitely affect your business's financial statements.

So, after all the effort you have put in, how successful your digital product is depends on the business decisions you make. This seems to be confirmed by data collected by CBInsight regarding the causes of startup business failure.
