About the Career Center
Alvina: The Career Center is an autonomous division of our university, which includes many areas.
Over the year and a half that I have been uk email database working here, its structure has been modified: we have rebuilt all processes from scratch and optimized a lot of things.
At the moment, we are performing a wide range of tasks, which are divided according to the directions, which are becoming more and more numerous. Let's talk about the main ones.
Career Center Programs
Student Career Pathway Development Program
This is our main program. It gives students the opportunity to practice, earn their first income with us, and start building a successful career.
Immersion in a new profession
This direction helps our young talents confidently enter the external market, boldly take their first orders, not be afraid to build their own teams and develop under a personal brand.
All types of transaction support
By transactions we mean a large layer of document flow. First of all, we mean secure transactions, which we will talk about in more detail next time, as well as partnership agreements, acts, estimates and other closing documents of any projects and internships.
Internships
Internships as such have been practiced for quite a long time. Previously, they were limited to the possibility of connecting our student to a project to complete a separate task.
Now internships have entered the external market.
Now the student can move to a third-party company, where he will apply the skills of the tool he studied with us. And upon completion of the internship, he will receive a letter of recommendation or an offer to join the team.
At the moment, we are developing this direction in courses on industrial engineering, Data Analytics, Python and 1C development. Others will be added a little later.
Affiliate direction
It consists of working with companies and agencies with whom we carry out development transfer and joint work on projects.
The program has been running for over a year and has proven itself to be successful. It is quite complex, unique, because it is a hybrid development system.
Maintaining and filling the community
We regularly fill our communities — “Sandbox” and “Zapili mne, zerokoder” — with useful materials, orders and vacancies . We also periodically launch intensive groups where students’ experience and skills are built up.
Filling the ecosystem with expertise and mentoring
This direction has existed for a long time. We understand that for most students, the transition to know-code is a big step. Part of the need to receive expert support - a kind of support - is covered by our Career Center. Our students constantly receive targeted help and expert assessment from both our managers and the leading expert mentors of our university.
Practice/Flow-earnings
We are not talking about the practice that every student can encounter upon completion of their studies, but about a more intensive immersion in the tool, where students receive their first orders from the CC already during the training process, reinforcing the theoretical part with practice.
