That’s exactly the issue I’d like to hear

Final summary, making a general decision

It is done according to the same principle as generalization. Voting is not allowed. It is necessary to look for a principle on the basis of which it is possible to unite ALL opinions. This is a very interesting task, especially for managers, since they come to a strategic understanding: taking into account everyone's opinions for the sake of the result is much more important than "pushing through" their own, even more elegant one. After all, in order to implement it, the motivation of all those who were in the Circle will still be required. Synergy can only arise when everyone is ready to cooperate, there are no outsiders and "scapegoats". If the leader is not sure that all members of the group internally agree with the decision, this needs to be checked. For example, through the "bypass" technique, when each participant says whether he or she agrees or disagrees with this or that decision.

If a protocol is kept, then at the end you can write: “We have come to such and such a decision/decisions on nigeria whatsapp number database such and such a matter. And we understand that this is the most correct decision, because it was created through joint efforts and therefore is obligatory for us.”

Sharing impressions of working in the Circle and wishes

The goal is to reinforce the feeling of catharsis among the participants.

The moderator invites the participants to take turns expressing their impressions of the meeting and suggestions for the future. You can ask them to answer the following questions:

What did I learn new? What was a revelation for me?
What did I get for myself personally and what did the team get?
How have my feelings changed in the course of work and communication with colleagues in the Circle?
What pleasantly surprised me about the Circle participants?
What was I happy about?
What are your wishes and suggestions for further joint work?
Did you feel like objecting?
How difficult or easy was it to support the other members? Can you now put your hand on his shoulder?
Can you trust each other more? Why? What happened here that doesn't happen to us in everyday life?
After this, one can rightfully make a conclusion about how hard it is for individualists and how great the Circle helps one to get out of one's own way in a good sense, to expand one's point of view. And then ask: was it worth it for us to gather again?
