One Mailchimp reporting feature that I really like is the “engagement stats” panel. As the name suggests, this shows the percentage of your subscribers who interact with your email newsletters often, occasionally, or rarely. nd email your most engaged subscribers in Getresponse; however, this is a slightly more manual process that involves creating a segment of people with a high engagement score. Getresponse’s reporting system has an excellent feature that Mailchimp doesn’t have: its automatic creation of emailable “groups” – based on a more specific user action – after an email is sent.

After an email broadcast, Getresponse will show belgium telegram data you different segments of contacts who took specific actions: you will see groups of people who opened your email, did not open your email, clicked on your email but did not complete a goal, etc. This is extremely useful for sending quick reminders or follow-up offers to relevant contacts. All in all, however, the reporting functionality in Mailchimp and Getresponse is very comprehensive: both tools will allow you to get a very complete overview of the performance of your newsletters. Webinar With GetResponse plans, you get something that isn’t included at all in Mailchimp’s feature set: the ability to host webinars.

Webinars are commonly used as a way to generate business leads, with companies offering access to webinar content in exchange for an email address. This typically involves using two apps: one to host the webinar and one to manage email marketing. GetResponse has been pretty smart here by offering webinars as part of their email marketing offering. I haven’t tested the webinar functionality and suspect it’s more “minimalistic” in nature than a dedicated webinar app like Gotowebinar, but nonetheless, integrating webinar hosting and email marketing services into one package will suit many users perfectly well and will be more cost-effective than using two separate apps.
