Many IT companies try to offer their clients (small and micro businesses) a reliable cloud so that they can carry out their digital transformation or get on the cloud once and for all. However, when they turn to the technology giants (AWS, Azure, etc.) they encounter some drawbacks, such as the low profit margin they get, limited communication channels, the learning curve and technical support with long waiting times that usually does not meet the needs of micro and small businesses.
Jotelulu wants to put an end to all these problems. This startup has developed a cloud services platform that helps transform small IT companies into cloud providers , allowing them to offer multiple services to their clients with their own brand and prices.
All services are designed with micro and small businesses in mind, so that they can enjoy greater productivity, mobility and security in their work environments.
Thanks to the Jotelulu platform, IT companies can carry out all sales, technical, administrative and legal processes for marketing cloud services in a very simple and centralized manner. IT companies access the platform, register their clients and contract the services they need for each one, based on a pay-per-use model.
Simplicity: Based on ease of use. That's why they automate processes, give importance to design and usability and try to put themselves in the user's shoes to simplify everything.
White Label: All services, notifications, even the platform itself is white label. In this way, IT companies that rely on Jotelulu can offer cloud services with their own brand and maintain their relevance to the SMEs and micro-SMEs they work for.
Support and proximity: They provide help to their clients, not only at a technical level (with close and immediate support), but also at a sales level (with documentation, courses, budgeting tools...), administration (features to improve billing and kuwait number data management) or legal (creating contracts between the IT company and its clients in an automated way).
Special prices: They optimize all their processes and have their own infrastructure in order to make IT companies that work with them more competitive.
“In the current trend, companies are abandoning the On-Premise model, that is, investing in hardware and software located in their offices, for a Cloud-based model. The cloud will become the only working model for any company, because it is a fundamental technological pillar for making the digitalization of companies possible, in addition to the competitive advantages it offers in terms of cost savings, flexibility and productivity ,” says the founder and CEO of Jotelulu, David Amorín . “ At Jotelulu we believe that the only way to get on the cloud and digitalize micro and small businesses is by doing it through traditional IT companies. After all, these IT companies are the ones that have always been there (capillarity) and the ones that are valued as the technological benchmark (trust and proximity) ,” adds Amorín.
Five years offering a white label cloud
After years of selling consulting and IT support services to micro and small businesses and after acquiring a great deal of knowledge about SMEs and their main drawbacks, Jotelulu emerged in 2016. It was in this year that, after unsuccessfully trying dozens of tools and cloud platforms from the main players in the market, they decided to design their own platform. Given Jotelulu's business, the pandemic has benefited the company, obtaining sustained monthly growth of close to 25% (last 12 months). For 2021, they expect to grow more than 120% compared to the previous year.
The startup is currently preparing its first round of financing with the aim of launching new services and deploying data centers in other markets in Europe and LATAM.
