The founders were two salesmen, so from them I learned other things about customer care and I perfected the idea of annual or multi-year contracts. Furthermore, there was a lot of work and the agency was not yet structured, so it could not give me guidelines or a method: so I learned to manage the project in all its phases , to create the team on the fly and to organize the time, my and not only that, to never miss a delivery.
